orn in Ghana, West Africa, my parents were committed to creating life-changing opportunities for our family and moved us to the United States at an early age. As a young girl adjusting to a new environment, I developed a keen curiosity about human behavior. I wanted to know what made people think and behave the way they did, and always sought out opportunities to better understand others.
In my adult years the recurring theme of being a source of guidance for my friends and family quickly became evident. After spending over a decade in corporate America and overcoming personal challenges, I developed the skills necessary to excel both personally and professionally.
As a life and career coach, I equip millennial entrepreneurs and working professionals with the necessary tools to improve their mindset and take actionable steps to transform into the best version of themselves.
I believe that the human spirit is UNSHAKEABLE and we each have the power to become everything that we aspire to be. BUT you have to be willing to do the work
My coaching practice is designed to help you bridge the gap between where you are today and where you aspire to be.
Through a combination of one on one and group coaching, I teach you do the foundational work to reprogram your limited beliefs in order to expand your awareness, and design a life that brings you true happiness and fulfillment!
I also partner with various organizations to facilitate leadership & personal development trainings, diversity & inclusion workshops, and live events, to to help foster transformative and inclusive environments.
